Where you ship item from?

Most toys will be shipped from overseas warehouses.

Our warehouse is located in the United States.

A small number of toys will be shipped from China.

How long is the delivery time?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time: 2-4 business days.

Shipping Time:

If the package ship from overseas warehouse, your order will take approximately 3-7 days to arrive after it is shipped.
This is only an estimate of transit time if there are no delays, and actual shipping times may vary.

If the package ship from China, your order should arrive 7-12 days after being shipped (if there are no delays).

Note: Delivery times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers limit their business. Although it is unfortunately beyond our control, we will try our best to improve the problem.

Is the packaging discreet?

We understand the need for discretion in our shipments and we make every effort to make sure your privacy is protected.
Your order will arrive in a simple brown box.
There is no mention of Toys on the outside of the box.

I place an order and now I want to cancel it. What do I do?

If you have placed an order and want to cancel it, you must notify us immediately.

Because we make each order purely by hand.
If your order has not been customized, we can cancel it.
Once your order has been customized, we will not be able to cancel your order for you.
If your product has shipped, we cannot provide a refund.
Once your order leaves our manufactory and is in transit, you cannot cancel your order.

What if my address is wrong?

If your order has not been shipped, we can change the shipping address for you directly.
If your order has shipped, we recommend that you wait for the package to arrive at the destination post office and contact the post office to change the delivery address.

We will also follow up the tracking information for you.

Do you accept returns and refunds?

Unconditional Refund
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please ask our customer service email to service@mscfun.com , make sure you send the package to the right address,and get a return authorization number.

Return Address: Please contact customer service and provide your address, we will give you the address of the warehouse closest to you

Customers are responsible for return shipping fee.
We will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund according to the actual situation.

Refunds And Returns For Conditions
Within 30 business days, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product :

(1)The product has the wrong size and cannot be used.
(2)The Product color error.
(3)The product does not match the description on the website.

Please provide photo and send it to service@mscfun.com.
Once we confirm that the product has a problem, we will refund or exchange. These problems will be solved within 3-5 business days.

Refund instructions
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, your payment will be returned to your credit card or paypal (according to your payment method).

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
